Need an electric rotary hammer

I need to break some tile in a kitchen today. Harbor freight has rotary hammers but they are all out of stock, and lows is too expensive for one time use. Do you have one that you have not used and are willing to sell it to. I’d even rent it if you want it back. Let me know. Thanks for your consideration. Eric
