Property management company seeking a handyman helper and/or a handyman HANDYMAN HELPER: Must have vehicle. Must have basic power tools. Be in good physical shape. Help put furniture together, move items, paint.... Helper pay: $15/hr HANDYMAN: Must live within 5 miles of the Convention Center on International drive. Be available Sunday and weekdays. Be available on call in evenings for emergencies. Must have vehicle (preferably a truck), Must have all your own tools. Must have maintenance experience. Fix leaks/plumbing issues. Basic electrical. dry wall repair etc... Handyman pay: $20-$22/hr.
