Someone hit and ran my cat

Someone hit my cat today 3/8/22 on ocean boulevard right in front of metric motorworks around 4pm. It sounded like they did it on purpose and took off really fast. Please help me find who did this, he was my best friend and I'm devastated. He was a black tuxedo cat with white on his nose.
