Christian author, musician and Bible study teacher seeking others interested in forming a Bible study group hopefully to see if the Lord blesses it and grows it into a church/fellowship here in the North Lakeland area. Are you tired of the same old same old church as usual? Well, first of all, that brick building is not the church. It’s just one of many meeting places where the children of God gather together. If you are a child of the living God then your body has become a TEMPLE of the Holy Spirit. You are a part of the body of Christ. The believers ARE the Church! Tired of false out-of-context Bible teaching? Tired of being entertained, told you’re under the Old Covenant LAW of tithing, told a few jokes and some stories about Old Testament characters in the Bible, then sent on your merry way without being fed TRUTH that sets men free from bondage to the Law? The Old Covenant is the covenant of Law, we are under a New Covenant of Grace. Hebrews 8:13 says, “When He said, a new covenant,” He has made the first (covenant) obsolete.” If you are a seeker of truth as I am, I have found what most believers are searching for but haven’t found it in the brick buildings (peace that surpasses all understanding).
