Please join us for the 10th Walk With Me....For Youth in Foster Care event! Walk With Me is an event to create awareness about foster care in West Virginia and a celebration of foster families and the children they care for. May is National Foster Care Month, so join us for a great opportunity to support WV kids in care, meet other families that have fostered/adopted and have fun while doing it. What to expect: a 5k walk around the Appalachian Power Park (at your own pace, have fun!), face painting, prizes, games and lots of family friendly fun! Walk With Me 2022 will be a community event. To be guaranteed a t-shirt, you must register for the event by May 8, 2022. For walkers age 2 and older registration fee is $10.00. Foster, adoptive, and kinship families can register for FREE by entering the code (FOSTER) at time of registration.
