PWSA of Minnesota 2022 Annual Golf Scramble and Fundraiser PWSA of Minnesota invites you to the 2022 Prader-Willi Golf Scramble! Oak Glen Golf Course | 1599 McKusick Road N, Stillwater, MN 55082 Registration Starts at 10:00 AM Shotgun Start at 12:00 PM Awards, Dinner and Prizes around 5:30 PM Not a golfer? Come and join us for dinner! Those registering for dinner should plan to arrive by 4:00 PM to give yourself plenty of time to look over all of the amazing raffle items we will have. Cost: $150/golfer (includes 18 holes of golf, cart rental, dinner and more!) $45 dinner only Sponsorship: $250 hole sponsor (18x12 sign) $500 hole sponsor (27x18 sign) To ensure adequate supplies of dinner and carts, we must receive your registration no later than May 3rd, 2022.
