We are proud to be hiring at Crystal Conference Center and are now interviewing for Camp Maintenance Staff. This is a great summer position for someone who has experience in basic facilities maintenance and repair and is ready to pitch in where needed! RESPONSIBILITIES Maintenance & Groundskeeping • Under the direction of the Site Director, maintain grounds and paths • Maintain buildings and equipment in good repair and operating condition • Assist in unloading, moving, and storing supplies • Respond to requests for clean-ups, repairs, or general maintenance • Basic Plumbing, Electric and Carpentry troubleshooting and repair Foodservice • Assist with food preparation and kitchen cleaning Housekeeping • Prepare sleeping and meeting areas • Perform janitorial functions • Respond to housekeeping requests of guests YOUR BACKGROUND is some combination of: • General Grounds & Building Maintenance • Food Service • Janitorial / Housekeeping • In-person Customer Service PAY | HOURS | BONUS • $500 bonus for working through our summer season! • Pay range is $12-$15+ per hour. • This is a seasonal position that will be very busy with our customers arriving. • You will work a combination of both morning and afternoon, weekday and weekend shifts.
