Wide range of building maintenance including property upkeep, sprinkler repair, cleaning, painting, pressure washing and misc. light maintenance duties as assigned. Must be a team player, highly productive and professional with ability to complete work in detail and be self motivated. Must have reliable transportation. References, background check and drug screening required.
