Partnership with JOY BALTIMOREYouth Prom is open to all Marylanders whose graduation year is between 2020-2023, free of charge. There will also be dress and suit giveaways for anyone who wants to participate. The event will be held at the Bygone inside the Four Seasons from 7-12 AM. Dress to impress as the top best-dressed attendees will be crowned King & Queen of Prom. You won't want to miss out as we emerge ourselves into this unforgettable night.
