We are looking for enthusiastic Lawn Crew Leaders and Crew Members for the 2022 landscape season. We work in teams of two or three. Driver’s license preferred. Experience driving with a trailer is a big plus. We take pride in our work and value team players who are punctual, dependable, flexible, willing to go the extra mile. Potential for advancement to estimating, managing associate, etc. Mowing, edging and fertilizing lawns Weeding and mulching landscape beds Trimming hedges and shrubs Planting shrubs and flowers Monitoring and maintaining lawn and plant health Thatching and aerating lawns. Installing new lawns with loam, seed, and fertilizer. Spring and Fall Cleanups Monitor the sprinkler systems for adequate coverage Commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Proficient use and knowledge of all landscape equipment. Great communication skills and strong mechanical aptitude. Irrigation repair skills and adjusting timers is a plus. Pay is based on experience $18- $25. Minimum $18 for less experienced (or no drivers license) and more (based on years of experience) plus overtime. Bilingual applicants welcome.
