Growing and award-winning auto repair business is growing their team.
Currently we have an opening for a customer service office support TEAM member.
Duties include but not limited to:
Greeting and working with customers: checking in vehicles
Cashing customers out when picking up their vehicle
Answering phones
Calling customers
Scheduling appointments
Putting quotes together - which includes calling parts suppliers
Help with assigning work to technicians
Keeping track of jobs the technicians are working on and the progress of the job
Drive customers home and pick them up when needed.
Drive to pick up parts when needed
Qualifications:
Computer Skills
Customer Service Skills - must enjoy working with people
Phone Skills
Valid Driver’s license
Automotive knowledge a plus but not necessary
Teamwork attitude
This is an entry level position.
