Enjoy the Museum galleries during an interactive story time with CAM Educators followed by an art activity in the CAM Studio. Each month’s children’s book will explore a theme taken from the Museum’s collection and the history and culture of Cape Ann. This April, Paul Manship’s sculpture Tortoise comes alive with a reading of John Klassen’s children’s book, We Found a Hat. Two turtles have found a hat that looks good on both of them, but there are two turtles and only one hat. After hearing the story, children will be able to make their own hat. But don’t worry, there will be enough for everyone!
