As part of our team, you'll play a direct role in providing outstanding and devoted service to our dealers. Your responsibilities may include, but not limited to, the following: - Operates a forklift safely and efficiently, maintains required certification, performs vehicle safety checks, and reports discrepancies to supervisor. - Greeting dealers while delivering excellent customer service and providing product knowledge - Assist in processing orders and having control of all orders processed - Assists installers with loading jobs for that day. - Make sure all necessary reports and records are complete, timely, and accurate - Receiving Cargo and Loading/Offloading containers - Performs quality inspections on incoming and outgoing materials and products. - Monthly Inventory Check - Cleaning and Maintaining the Warehouse - Prepare and label samples and orders - Assisting accounts during shipping and receiving of orders - Space Optimization: To make the most of limited space, operatives must find ways to organize for maximum space saving - Sample production: making samples for the dealers such as display boards and chainset samples - Comfortable working with saw machines for cutting of planks and boards - Perform all other tasks and responsibilities as requested Requirements: - Must be punctual, honest & reliable - Must be able to multi-task and handle high-pressure situations - Packing and labeling with great attention to detail - Basic mathematical skills - MUST have Computer Skills: Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word, (Quickbooks or similar software system A Plus) - Ability to organize multiple work assignments, establish priorities and pay close attention to details - Great communicational skills - Fully Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred - Forklift operating experience - certified preferred - Ability to reach, bend and lift up to 50+lbs and be comfortable doing manual labor - Monday through Friday, just an occasional Saturday only if needed and is requested in advance - Must maintain good attendance.
