Looking into maintenance issues.
Additional compensation for handyman work such as: general construction, paint, cleaning an apartment, and other complex maintenance tasks.
Additional property maintenance and upkeeping is also possible for additional compensation in other part of Bronx and maybe Queens.
Ideally someone that lives close to building / can drive is plus.
