Changing the Perspective The panel is about encouraging students to go to NOEW and educate them about different entrepreneurial opportunities within the city of New Orleans and beyond. "We are laying the groundwork for HBCU students to know that going to an HBCU can not only empower them to obtain jobs, but also to create them as well."
