We are excited to announce the Spring Supper Club at the Barn at Crystal Spring Farm! Join us Saturday, April 16th for five courses crafted by Chef Pete Blum featuring spring-inspired ingredients from local growers and producers. Each course will feature a wine pairing.

1. Mushroom Walnut Tartlet
2. Local Greens with Candied Walnuts and Goat Cheese
3. Chicken over Orzo with Tomato, Orange, Zucchini
4. NY Strip over Risotto with Asparagus
5. Lemon Tart with Fresh Berries
Upon clicking the "Register" button, registrants will receive an invoice to confirm payment for attendance. Registrants will have 48 hours to secure seating by paying invoice. If invoice is unpaid, tickets will be released and another order will need to be submitted.
