REWARD - see end below for more info CALL OR TEXT JEANIE ANYTIME AT On 02/14/2022 my mother suddenly passed away at home in Evanston Wyoming from complications after a surgery. I recently moved to Evanston from Laramie after escaping a domestic violence situation and learning my mother needed surgery, and then care afterwards while recovering. My mother was already living with these two women Peggy Hambil and Debra or Debbie Adkins. I thought they were long time friends of my mother’s but I didn’t personally know them very well. I moved myself, my dog Una and my cat Dre in with Peggy, Debbie and my mother in December to help my mom. Everything was going well so I thought. When my mother suddenly died on Valentine’s Day I went to see my family in another state a few days later to make moving arrangements so I could immediately leave Peggy’s and Debbie’s home. They requested I leave, nicely at first. I agreed, there was no conflict. I asked them to care for my cat and my dog for 4 days while I found a new place to stay out of state. I paid them for the trouble and ensured my pets had all of the supplies they needed. During these 4 days I was gone, they suddenly changed and became very vulgar, violent and mean. Peggy lied to me, stole my cat and dog and told me my pets were in the pound after she trashed and sold all of my family’s belongings while I was away. While I was gone I contacted the police and the pound, communicating with them over phone while trying to get back to Evanston sooner than I was scheduled to but it cost too much to change my flight. When I returned, I contacted the police again and went to the pound, found that at no point during this time my animals were taken or surrendered to the pound. No one has seen them. Peggy later then said she gave them away when confronted about lying. I tried my best to beg and plead with the two women but they immediately became vulgar and nasty. She appeared to be under the influence, in-cohesive and was demanding information about her vehicle title despite me not having anything to do with her title, vehicle or personal/financial matters whatsoever. When I was able to salvage some of my torn and trashed clothing from their house, I found and took photos of/reported to police an amputated dogs paw. It was not the paw of my dog but was a real paw. She put a real dogs paw into a trash bag on top of my clothing knowing I was picking it up. I was shocked, horrified and have since been tortured. This situation is under investigation. I am expecting the worst but hoping for the best and honestly just want any information for closure. Best case scenario I get my beloved pets back, worse case I don’t. But I have to do what I can. An anonymous tip mentioned they were currently living with someone in Willow Park Mobile Home Park, and were given to someone by Peggy. I believe this person may not know these animals were stolen.
