Join us for a fun and interactive Backpacking 101 event at KÜHL in San Francisco. Beer and snacks provided by Sierra Nevada and Gelvio. Presenter: David Sayer with TSX Challenge Description: It can sometimes be intimidating to try something new. This class is designed for beginners who are interested in transitioning to overnight backpacking, but still have some lingering questions or doubt. We'll walk you through the basics about planning, gear, logistics and safety, and give you some tips on how to get started along with in person demonstrations on how to properly use gear. Join us for a fun, upbeat, interactive event at KÜHL in San Franvisco. Beers will be provided by our friends at Sierra Nevada Brewing and snacks by Gelvio.
