Along with this service we need professional and respectful customer oriented and mechanically inclined individuals to service our awesome customers and provide outstanding quality, craftsmanship and customer service. We service all of Houston metro area which includes most Responsibilities: -Building positive relationships with customers. -Completing per-scheduled service call appointments with customers. -Providing excellent customer service and repair/replacement solutions to customers. -Assist with scheduling and completing repairs, or replacements at customers discretion. -Building a self motivated team of field technicians. -Assisting customers with sales of replacement doors, operators, and hardware. Requirements: -Must have own truck, and basic tools to drive to and from service/sales appointments -Must have general mechanical aptitude, and knowledge.(no experience needed, will train to suit) -Ability to lift 75-100lbs -Available to work evenings and weekends(full time:6-day work week) -Experienced technicians welcome.
