Youth sports spring break camp that focuses on developing youth athleticism and sports specific skills.
After School Athletics is having our first annual spring break athletic training camp the week of Monday March 21st through Friday the 25th. Come join us and learn how to improve your athletic ability, while developing sports specific skills. Some of the athletic drills include speed ladders, box jumps, cone in and outs, flexibility, dribbling, shooting, throwing, and more. Games we will play include basketball, kickball, dodgeball, gagaball, parachute games, and capture the flag.
