Chapman is the President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at San Antonio Regional Hospital. John is a clinical microbiologist by training and has served as an experienced hospital executive for over a decade. Prior to arriving at San Antonio, he served as Chief Operations/ Administrative Officer at Highland Hospital in Oakland, California. Michael Krouse, Greater Ontario Convention and Visitors Bureau Mr. Krouse is President and CEO of the Greater Ontario Convention and Visitors Bureau (GOCVB), Ontario Convention Center, Toyota Arena, and the California Welcome Center at Ontario Mills where he directs business development, marketing and destination sales for conventions, meetings and events, national and international visitors plus the overall operations at the venues. The GOCVB promotes the Greater Ontario region as a premier destination for meetings, conventions and tourism in Southern California and to ensure the transparency, accountability and effectiveness of the Tourism Marketing District, which was established under his leadership. Dr. Manfred Keil, Chief Economist, Inland Empire Economic Partnership Dr. Manfred Keil received his M. Sc. and Ph.D. from the London School of Economics. After university appointments in Montreal and Boston, he moved to Southern California in 1995 and joined the faculty at the Robert Day School of Economics and Finance (then the Department of Economics) at Claremont McKenna College. He lives in Upland and is currently the Associate Director of the Lowe Institute of Political Economy. Dr. Keil lectures in Statistics, Econometrics, and Macroeconomics. He specializes in economic forecasting for geographical areas. In 2009, the Lowe Institute started to hold annual economic analysis/forecasting conferences in the Inland Empire, first jointly with UCLA’s Anderson School Forecast at Citizen’s Bank Arena and lately at Robert Pavilion at Claremont McKenna College. For the last five years, he has also produced the annual report for the Coachella Valley Economic Partnership. Dr. Robert Kleinhenz, Principal Economist at Kleinhenz Economics Dr. Robert Kleinhenz is Principal Economist and Founder of the firm Kleinhenz Economics. A leading voice on the economy, Dr. Kleinhenz has over 30 years of experience and expertise. He has worked with numerous clients in the private sector, the public sector, and academia, and has produced a variety of economic forecasts, economic impact studies, industry studies, housing analyses, and public policy analyses. In addition to his duties with Kleinhenz Economics, Robert is a Senior Research Fellow with the Inland Empire Economic Partnership. Dr. Kleinhenz is on the faculty at Cal State Long Beach and Associate Director of the University’s Office of Economic Research. Fernando Lozano, Chair of Economics at Pomona College Fernando Lozano is a labor economist and Professor of Economics at Pomona. His research focuses primarily on domestic immigration issues. He won the College’s Wig Distinguished Professor award in 2008 and chaired the College’s Faculty Executive Committee during the 2013-2014 school year. Lozano, who joined the faculty in 2005, is a member of the American Economic Association’s Committee in the Status of Minority Groups in the Economics Profession. He's also a research fellow at the Institute for the Study of Labor (IZA) in Bonn, Germany. George W. Greene, Hospital Association of Southern California George W. Greene joined the Hospital Association of Southern California (HASC) as President/CEO in 2017. Since then, the association has added community outreach initiatives and led critical health care coordination across the region. In addition to leading local advocacy efforts for over 180 Southern California hospitals, Greene has guided new HASC initiatives including Communities Lifting Communities (CLC), a nonprofit charitable affiliate focused on advancing significant systems change through a collective impact model involving hospitals, health systems and local health care stakeholders. About Inland Empire Economic Partnership (IEEP) IEEP's mission is to serve as the two-county region’s voice for business and quality of life. It supports efforts in job creation, leadership development, and regional advocacy for Riverside and San Bernardino Counties. About San Antonio Regional Hospital (SARH) The hospital's mission is to improve the health and well-being of the people they serve. SARH has 363 beds, a staff of over 500 physicians, 2,000 employees and 300 volunteers. The hospital offers advanced patient care throughout the Inland Empire.
