The world's leading company in emergency service and repair is accepting applications for a full-time Construction Field Superintendent. Direct experience with emergency service and restoration is preferred but not necessary. We are looking for a motivated, reliable team oriented individual to join our company with great growth potential. This position requires an individual with the following skills: - MUST HAVE SOLID EXPERIENCE AND UNDERSTANDING of construction and running multiple jobs - Time management - Budgeting - Organized - Computer skills - People skills - Communication skills and - A professional image - Having an understanding of Xactimate and emergency service reconstruction is a plus Must be able to manage subcontractors and schedule job progress. Must have knowledge of all trades, and be able to read and understand plans. Must be organized, have great communication skills, keep the job on schedule and within budget, and have a professional demeanor at all times.
