The 7 Dynamic Women Tour ™ is a two-hour motivational onsite event where 7 amazing women speakers will share their amazing life stories. Motivational Speaker Monte Twilley (Monte the Motivator) will produce and launch the 2nd season of the 7 Dynamic Women Tour ™ - a two-hour motivational speaking event to be held on Saturday, March 13 , 2022 from 12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. EST at the Cecil County Public Library's North East Branch located in North East, Maryland . Team Cecil's seven amazing women speakers will share their amazing life stories. The purpose of the Tour is to advocate total freedom through the healing, growth, transformation and empowerment of women. All the women speakers have experienced some form of trauma from excruciating physical pain to deep internal pain. Each one is an overcomer. Each life story is different. Each of the 7 Dynamic Women team members are unique and gifted “story tellers.” In many cases they often relive the story each time they tell it. Each woman speaker realizes that by telling her story she is able to help other women who may have experienced similar trauma or setbacks in life. Hopefully some of our attendees can begin their own healing process as a result of hearing someone else’s story and be able to relate to it. Many of the stories that will be shared are very personal in nature and will include incidents such as surviving sexual abuse, domestic violence, drug and alcohol addiction just to name a few. The vision for the 7 Dynamic Women Tour came two weeks after Monte the Motivator's It’s About Time Tour #Relaunch event that was held on 7-7-17, July 7, 2017. “About two weeks after the #Relauch I kept hearing over and over in my head the words, seven women, seven women,” says Monte the Motivator. It was more than four years ago that he first began searching for candidates for last year's Tour. After countless interviews, pull outs, second thoughts, no responses, no call backs, turndowns and declines, as well as several postponements due to the COVID pandemic, Monte the Motivator is producing his 2nd season of the Tour comprising of three amazing teams that includes moderators and alternates. All there events: March 13, 19 and 26 will acknowledge Women's History Month which is recognized nationally in March. All of the Team Cecil speakers either live or work or have close ties to Cecil County which is located in the northeast part of Maryland where he is based. "I felt that I should identify local talent first and launch the 2nd season again in my own back yard,” says Monte the Motivator. However, he is augmenting the Tour again this year with a "special guest speaker" for each event. Monte the Motivator plans to produce the Tour regionally and nationally over the next 10 years. Michele Chynoweth, a best-selling and award-winning author, speaker and book coach, will be the 7 Dynamic Women Tour’s featured Special Guest Speaker on March 12 at the Cecil County Public Library's North East Branch in North East, Maryland ​to help launch 7 Dynamic Women Tour 2022 along with six other amazing women speakers. Chynoweth wanted to be an author since she was a little girl, but "life" happened and her dream got put on hold for many years. After graduating from the University of Notre Dame she became a TV news reporter and investigative reporter for several newspapers and then went into a marketing career where she eventually worked as an advertising agency owner and marketing director for a large Delaware firm. But the dream God placed on her heart resurfaced when she was a very low point in her life. She looks back now and realizes He called her to write a modern-day novel based on the Bible's Book of Job because she was a lot like her Job character: she was losing her marriage through a bitter divorce, her kids, her business and her health through the disease of alcoholism. Through counseling, she also realized that she had buried her childhood trauma of abuse at the hands of her Catholic grade school teacher, which had resurfaced, causing her to hit rock bottom.
