Cost includes self-care coaching, restorative yoga, snacks, healthy lunch & space to simply breath and be!
Each participant will need to bring their own yoga mat. Other suggested items include favorite blanket & pillow, journal, eye pillow, book or crafts or hobby project, etc. Comfortable fitness attire suggested.
