We are a paper conversion company that specializes in producing packing paper to the moving and storage industry. We are a pretty laid back and flexible company to work for. We are looking for two part-time or one full-time employee(s). We understand that in today's work environment, flexibility is important. The candidate(s) should have good communication skills and relatively dependable. Even though we're flexible, communication is key to ensuring such flexibility. The position that we're looking to fill requires no prior experience. We need someone who can repetitively lift 30-50 lbs. of paper several times a day and stack on a pallet. Forklift training is also included upon hiring. We have a dual wage offer for compensation. The employee can choose $18/hourly without medical benefits or $16/hourly with medical benefits. We understand inflation is on the rise but unfortunately our business and industry are slower to increases that can support higher wages at this time. We try to offset this by offering a friendlier work environment than what other manufacturing plants offer. Please be assured this wage is not static and is guaranteed to increase by $1/hourly per year for the first three years.
