Hello, we are looking to add a temporary with the chance to go permanent Full time Warehouse Associate to our team here in Richmond immediately. We have been in business over 35 years as a food manufacture and distributor. We are hoping to find a hard worker, looking for a very stable position with possibility of advancement. The position is M-F, with hours approx 6-3pm, but flexibility is a must and can change daily. This is a VERY Laborious job and requires standing/walking on your feet 8hrs a day and bending and lifting cases 100's of times a day. This job can be hard on the body, but a great workout. All workers stay until the job is complete and sometimes that means easily until 5pm daily, of course with overtime compensation. The position offers full benefits if hired permanent fulltime; medical, dental, vision, 401k and PTO. Starting pay is $18 per hour. All employees must be able to pass drug and background screening. Daily Duties: - Pull customer orders - Double check orders - Bending and lifting up to 50lb all day long - Palletize orders - Load and unload trucks in a timely manner - Check expiration dates, do inventory counts - Pack boxes for UPS shipping - Maintain and keep a clean working environment Requirements/Qualifications: - Attention to detail - Time management skills - Sense of urgency - Organizational skills - Basic Math - Work at fast pace - Must be able to read, write and understand English - Work well independently as well as with a team Please reply and attach resume! thank you and look forward to hearing from you soon!
