FREE EVENT Ever wonder what’s off the trail at Loxahatchee Slough Natural Area?  Come slog through the wetlands to discover the secrets of the swamp with ERM staff at Palm Beach County's largest natural area and see what wonders are hiding off the beaten path.  This will be a 1 mile hike with knee deep water in some locations, so you may want to bring a towel and some dry clothes/shoes for after the hike.   Restroom facilities are available nearby at Sandhill Crane Access Park. Details/What to bring: Wear comfortable clothes you don't mind getting dirty/wet.Bring water sun protection and bug sprayBring water and a water bottle.Be prepared for a fun, wet outdoor activity. Don’t forget to bring water, sunscreen, a dry bag and comfortable, appropriate clothing that will get wet.
