I have a lovely 16hh bay 6 y/o OTTB I am looking for an in-barn half lease @ $325/month. He is quiet and sensitive to the aids, with no buck, rear or bolt. He has been to the beach and out on trails and is level headed and sane. He has basic dressage training and has been started over fences. A minimum of one lesson per week is required with the on-site trainer. An advanced beginner or an intermediate rider at minimum is required. The barn is a lovely, quiet and private barn located in Petaluma, CA.
