Description

WCI is seeking to hire a full- time Behavior Analyst within our Clinical department. The BA will provide Clinical Supports to Individuals in Residential and Day/Employment Programs by conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA), writing Behavior Plans, providing Clinical trainings, and modeling interaction skills consistent with Positive Behavioral Supports (PBS). Qualifications: · Master’s degree in ABA or a related field preferred. · BCBA, BCaBA  · 1-year experience working in Human Services. · Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. · Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly graphing in Microsoft Excel Current driver's license and working personal vehicle Responsibilities: · Manage a Caseload of Individuals requiring behavioral supports in Residential and/or Day and Employment Programs. · Design Positive Behavioral Support Plans (PBSP), Behavior Modifying Medication Treatment Plans, and other Clinical trainings, using language that can be easily understood by the Direct Support Professionals (DSP) expected to implement the plans/strategies. · Obtain consent for all assessments, Behavior Support Plans, and Restrictive Practices. · Train strategies included in Behavior Support Plans with Direct Support Professionals at Residential and/or Day/Employment Programs. · Provide feedback and guidance to Direct Support Professionals on the correct implementation of Behavior Plans. · Communicate regularly with the Operations Team (Support Coordinators, Directors, Division Heads) regarding any Clinical needs, in addition to current Clinical supports being provided. · Communicate with parents, guardians, or other caregivers concerning behavioral programming. Meet with families to discuss the consistency of Positive Behavioral Support strategies in other settings. · Communicate with DDS (Service Coordinators, Service Coordinating Supervisors, and Area Office Clinical Director) in a timely manner regarding any Clinical needs or questions involving Individuals on your caseload. · Participate in ISP meetings to discuss data and implementation of the Behavior Support Plan, BMMTP, and related Clinical goals. · Participate in PBS Team meetings as requested (monthly for Individuals with Behavior Plans). · Present Level II Behavior Plans to the Metro Region Peer Review Committee, as needed; and all Behavior Plans to the HRC. · Develop implement, and supervise data collection and fidelity checks for all Individuals who have Behavior Plans and/or Behavior Modifying Medication Treatment Plans. · Be On Call as part of a rotating schedule. · Assure compliance with all WCI Policies, DDS, and federal regulations related to Behavior Plans and BMMTPs. · Meet all ISP-related deadlines for each Individual assigned. · Act as Investigator as assigned by the CEO, VPO, and Clinical Director. · Perform other related duties as assigned by the CEO and Clinical Director.
