Press release from the University of Delaware: Article by University of Delaware Police March 07, 2022 UD Police investigate report of suspicious person following an individual University of Delaware Police are investigating a report of a suspicious person in the area of North College Avenue and East Cleveland avenues, who was driving a white sedan and following an individual, attempting to ask them questions. The vehicle fled the area driving east on East Cleveland Avenue. Members of the UD community are reminded to be vigilant: If you see something, say something. Be aware of your surroundings and use well-lit paths. Travel in groups when possible and call 911 to report suspicious activity.
