UPDATE: The dog has been reunited with his owner. WEST HAVEN, CT — The West Haven Animal Shelter is asking for help with finding a lost dog's owner. "This sweet boy was found roaming on Spruce St.," the animal shelter wrote in a post on Facebook. "He has no collar or tags and he's not microchipped. If anyone has any information on him please contact the West Haven Animal Shelter between 8am and 3pm any day 203-937-3642 please leave all messages in the general voicemail box."
