WEST HAVEN, CT — The West Haven Animal Shelter is asking for help with finding a lost dog's owner. "This sweet little girl was found roaming on Kelsey Ave near Painter Park," the animal shelter wrote in a post on Facebook. "She has a collar but no tags and she's not microchipped. If anyone has any information on her please contact the West Haven Animal Shelter between 8am and 3pm any day 203-937-3642 please leave all messages in the general voicemail box."
