All Apartment Maintenance Positions Available Including: Maintenance Techs & Unit Make Ready Techs • Basic plumbing, electrical and carpentry skills • HVAC experience and EPA certification • All facets of apartment repair and maintenance • Availability for rotation of on-call emergency maintenance • Make-ready apartments for new move-ins • Maintain the grounds and apartment community as needed Porter/Groundskeeper • Ability to lift 50 lbs • Willing to do any kind of clean-up work • Basic maintenance & repair knowledge • Experience operating a blower and pressure washer a plus!
