LENTEN SIMPLE SUPPERS FRIDAYS OF LENT 6:00 P.M. IN THE CHURCH HALL FOLLOWED BY STATIONS OF THE CROSS We are happy to announce the return of the Simple Suppers. Each Week during Lent one of the ministries of our parish will host a simple meal. A free will offering will be taken up each week to support a local charity. Below are the dates and ministries for the Friday night simple suppers: March 11: Children's ChoirMarch 18: Ladies GuildMarch 25: Social ActionApril 1: Knights of ColumbusApril 8: Adult Choir A LENTEN SERIES ON THE SUNDAY GOSPELS... begins this Monday, March 7th on ZOOM from 6:30 - 7:45 pm. The format, Lectio Divina (Sacred/Holy /Reading) is a way of breaking open the Sunday Gospels and bringing them into your daily life. It is a very simple and reflective format; no books are need‐ed. The only requirement is an open mind and heart. STATIONS OF THE CROSSFRIDAY EVENINGS DURING LENT7:00 P.M. IN THE CENTER ROAD CHRUCH THE SACRAMENT OF RECONCILIATIONEVERY SATURDAY 4:00 P.M TO 4:45 P.M. OR BY APPOINTMENT LENT 2022 Spring Cleaning; A time for spiritual inventory; A time to reflect on where I've been, where I am and where I'm head‐ed. Assumption Parish is extending an invitation to Catholics you might know who have been away from the Church and the Sacraments to join us for a "safe landing", settling in and taking a second look at the Catholic faith. This is an opportunity for sharing concerns, doubts, questions and maybe even anger or indifference. The series begins on Thursday, March 16, on ZOOM from 7:00 - 8:15 pm.
