Here are the top 3 stories in Buffalo today: Police are still searching for a teenage girl who went missing from the Bakos Boulevard area in early February. 15-year-old Alreka Crosby is 5 feet 5 inches, weighs about 100 pounds, and has been missing since Feb. 7. Anyone with information regarding her whereabouts is asked to call Buffalo Police. (WGRZ)A Buffalo landlord has been accused of exposing his tenants to unsafe levels of lead. 53-year-old MD J. Abedin was arraigned in Buffalo City Court on Tuesday morning after accusations surfaced that he had continued to rent out his property on Hammerschmidt Avenue even after a child tenant tested positive for lead exposure in 2019. This is the second lead exposure case to be prosecuted by the district attorney's office since 2014. (WKBW 7 News Buffalo)Several Buffalo suburbs have lifted their overnight street parking bans. The Village of Kenmore, Town of Tonawanda, and Town of Cheektowaga are among the municipalities that will now allow overnight parking. However, city officials are asking that drivers in these areas avoid overnight street parking in the event of a snowstorm to give plow crews ample room to clear roadways.
