PLEASE READ WHOLE AD...I need someone for SUNDAY-TUESDAY!!! at flea markets must be able to do early mornings till about 3pm...Thisbis my business i take extremly serious and take pride in if you cant do the same dont bother responding,i hate fake and flakes or dishonest ppl...5 most important qualitys i want in a helper are 1. Honesty, take care of my money and product like it was yours, you break it or let it get stolen because your not paying attention it comes outta your pay. 2.Communication and reliable, i need someone who can be there when they say they are, and constant communication with me, dont need someone i have to track down to see if your going to work or dont anwser your phone when i call... 3. Need a person who can learn from me this is my business ive been doing it for 5 years now i no how and what i want done and done right no lazy, or complainers or drama ppl i dont put up with that this job is so fun and easy... 4. Someone who can or will to learn how to sell my items customer service is so important, but also stand by our product and not give it away just because someone says thats all i have sorry you dont have this then... 5. Last and not least i want someone who can grow with me someone who can do this long term, i dont put up with excuses at all flake on me or cant communicate with me fast enough, or dont listen to how i wont my business run you will be let go immediately and ill never use you again ever... Typical day is like this morning, setup up product take outta boxes build assemble then wipe down make sure its clean and looks new Next organize make sure it looks presentable and clean and organized Next relax and sell sell sell so easy... At end of the day, repack all items the way they were when we started the day, clean up trash and boxes and load into the truck, super easy I will compensate you $90 for the day plus i give incentives for selling certain amounts that you exceed and also if you go above and beyond might buy you lunch and give a little bonus...dont expect it but will do once inawhile... Please only respond if you have read my whole job description and what i expect and can do it all, if you cant do all 3 days let me know what days you can do all the time every week without missing...
