Hiring Now Full Time Gardener & Maintiance

Busy property management company looking for a full time person to do gardening and building clean up we supply materials on the properties starting pay is $18 depending on experience and goes up from there- if you have a clean driving record we may provide a work vehicle. Daily you would go from property to property and do the following but are not limited to blowing, weeding, timing and doing property clean up on multiple properties. Must have reliable transportation, valid drivers license, and be able to legally work in California Email if interested or send resumes Part-time and Full-time available Monday - Friday or can work weekends Reports to the on-site head of maintenance and management Benefits: Health Insurance, IRA, Vacation and Sick Leave Previous experience is helpful, but not necessary Willingness to work diligently Must report to work on time and have excellent attendance and manage time card Able to lift or move up to 75 pounds and work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions Ability to walk and stand for an extended period of time
