Now hiring a permanent office coordinator position with office experience and service writing. Automotive background is VERY HIGHLY recommended. Bilingual English/Spanish is REQUIRED. Customer service experience is REQUIRED. Must be able to work independently, be self motivated, a team player. Must be able to operate a computer and software. Must be able to operate Microsoft Office/ Google Workspace. Light Cleaning Valid DMV Write work orders, data entry, phone communication. Must be comfortable in a auto shop environment. Must be familiar with Social Media & have Marketing Skills. Willing to train. During the interview, will explaining other responsibilities. Also this part-time job can turn into full time in the future.
