Looking for someone to "build" a Keezer

I have a chest freezer (Frigidaire 19.8 Cu. Ft. Chest Freezer) that has been converted to a refrigerator. I am looking for someone to build it into a Keezer for keg storage and carbonation. Nothing fancy, just need a "neck" built between the cooler and lid, attached and sealed correctly. Will pay for materials and labor. Info on the chest freezer - Frigidaire 19.8 Cu. Ft.
