Scissors Stolen, Trespassing: Western Springs Cops

WESTERN SPRINGS, IL — Western Springs police released their latest blotter Tuesday. Here is information from the reports: A bag containing four scissors valued at $2,000 was stolen on the weekend of Feb. 26 and Feb. 27 from a woman's car in the 6000 block of Flagg Creek Lane. A house under construction was trespassed last Tuesday or Wednesday in the 4200 block of Gilbert Avenue. A rear door was damaged, the side door was open, and other discrepancies were noted from how the house was left by contractors. Mario Segura Jr., 37, of Cicero, was cited about 3 a.m. Thursday at 55th Street and Wolf Road on charges of driving with a suspended license and no tail lights. He was released on bond. Keith A. Bryson, 32, of Lyons, was cited about 3 p.m. Friday at Ogden and Harvey avenues on charges of driving with a suspended license and speeding. He was released on bond. Abel C. Orozco, 26, of Lyons, was cited about 12:30 p.m. Monday at Grand Avenue and 47th Street on charges of expired driver's license and speeding. He was released on bond.
