CONCORD, NH — Arrisa Lyn Calley, 32, of Concord was arrested at 5:09 a.m. on March 7, 2022, on two simple assault and two domestic violence-simple assault charges. She was arrested after an incident on Fisherville Road. Fatmir Gasi, 59, of Concord was arrested at 3:05 a.m. on March 7 on a bench warrant after an incident at Cumberland Farms on Manchester Street. Michael J. Reneau, born 1978, of Belmont was arrested at 8:41 p.m. on March 6 on driving under the influence, conduct after an accident, and open container charges. He was arrested on North State Street. David Allen Higgins, 30, of Concord was arrested at 7:01 p.m. on March 6 on criminal trespass and breach of bail charges after an incident at the Homeless Resource Center on North Main Street. Joshua M. Williams, 40, of Canaan was arrested at 2:20 p.m. on March 6 on deal-possess prescription drugs and three possession of controlled drug charges after an incident at the Holiday Inn on North Main Street. Warren Louis Doucette Sr., 41, of Concord was arrested at 10:17 a.m. on March 6 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident at the Karner Blue Butterfly Easement on Chenell Drive. Blanca M. Lara Zarco, born 1996, of Bow was cited at 9:13 p.m. on March 6 on an operating without a valid license charge. She was cited at police headquarters. Brandon L. Bilodeau, 44, of Concord was arrested at 4:24 a.m. on March 6 on a driving under the influence charge after an incident on South Main Street. Jordan Alejandro Huerta-Vasquez, born 1995, of Bow was arrested at 6:40 p.m. on March 5 on operating without a valid license, disobeying an officer, and manufacture-possess false ID charges after an incident on South Main Street. Ruth Ann Warren, 34, of Concord was given a summons at 4:53 p.m. on March 5 on a "hands free" violation after an incident on North State Street.
