Job description Wee Kleen provides Janitorial & Property Maintenance Services throughout Sarasota and Manatee Counties, We are currently seeking candidates for our commercial division for 1st and 2nd shifts. It is important that you are detail oriented and can follow verbal as well as written instructions. The positions available are more like job routes and your day may start in one location and end in another location. Therefore we always try to build a schedule (route) that flows best for each team member. Schedule Weekend availability half day either Saturday or Sunday availability Monday to Friday Responsibilities: -Survey each job site and perform necessary tasks to ensure they are consistent with the standards Wee Kleen is known and expected -Perform maintenance by following defined checklists, open to using skills of observation to determine any other needs of the client -Daily tasks and assignments may include: Sanitizing Restrooms, Vacuuming multiple large areas, Collection of rubbish and debris in and around the site, Washing and cleaning of pool/patio furniture, Window cleaning, basic landscaping (raking, blowing etc), House Cleaning including (making of bed, washing of bedding, dusting etc) Skills: -Proven experience as maintenance technician a plus, but willing to train -Ability to work without constant supervision, self starter -Good communicator, able to respond promptly -Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices helpful -Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills (common sense) -Good physical condition and willingness to go the extra mile for the client -Personal transportation MUST BE available to get to multiple job sites throughout shift. (car, truck, SUV). Bikes, scooters, motorcycles, and car ride services are unacceptable. You will be required to transport maintenance supplies with you.
