Description

State Representative Deanne Mazzochi (R-Elmhurst) is once again hosting a mobile DMV at the Westmont Centre on Friday, March 18th from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Rep. Mazzochi previously hosted successful mobile DMV events last year. "I'm pleased to once again bring these convenient services to the district," Rep. Mazzochi said. "DMVs were closed for in person services for most of the winter, so there are longer than usual lines at the regular DMV. This is a great time to offer people in the district easy and local access to DMV services by appointment." Mobile Driver Services Facility services include: driver's license renewal, state ID cards, corrected licenses, and vehicle renewal stickers. Due to enhanced security requirements, REAL ID compliant Driver's Licenses will NOT be available at the mobile facility. In addition, vision tests are currently waived for everyone with the exception of seniors (75 +) who are required to take an annual road test. These road tests and vision tests must be completed at a Secretary of State Drivers Facility however, and not a mobile DMV. Standard Secretary of State fees will be required. At this time the facility is unable to accept cash. Please bring a check, credit/debit card, or money order to pay for any services received. Further information regarding the services, fees and identification requirements may be found at the Secretary of State's website at www.ilsos.gov. Given the limited timeframe for the event, appointments are required through a link available at RepMazzochi.com or by calling the district office at (630) 852-8633. WHAT: Mobile Driver Services FacilityWHEN: Friday, March 18, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.WHERE: Westmont Centre, 1 S. Cass Avenue in Westmont
