I'm looking for a well experienced aggressive real estate attorney to file a civil suit against a realtor who was in a dual agency role but repeatedly violated my rights while she campaigned for the seller. I also was exposed to predatory lending, I also gave the lender $525.00 for an appraisal that only costed 400.00, the lender is refusing to pay me the leftover 125.00!
