GWINNETT COUNTY, GA — A driver of a Porsche being chased by Gwinnett County police Sunday night hit and killed a pedestrian, reported WSB-TV. The Porsche driver was running away from a traffic stop when they struck a 22-year-old man on I-85 near Chamblee Tucker Road, the news station reported. He's been identified as Hugo Martinez. The Porsche driver has been identified as Victor Allen Smith, 55, and he faces at least 12 charges including felony murder and first-degree homicide by vehicle, reported WSB-TV.
