Wooden Deck / Railing Restoration

We have a wooden deck that's 1,900 SQF with 180 feet of railing. It needs to be powerwashed, have <3 boards replaced, and then painted/stained, along with some work to just fix up the railing and hardware on the gates, etc. -- pretty easy stuff. As an optional project, we'd like to have our spiral stairs outdoors repainted, and some kind of roofing panel solution to weatherproof under the small upstairs portion of the deck. We are looking for bids for the deck and railing, and if you'd like to bid on the other two smaller things in our back deck area, that's great as we'd ideally like it all with one provider, but not necessary. To make it easy, I've created a video walk through of everything here: A photo of the overhead is here as well. Please email with any high level questions if you need to, but we are looking for a bid based on the video, or at least a pretty tight range so that we can have 1 or 2 folks come walk the deck so we can get moving.
