Please Help!! Reasonable Plumber needed

I really need someone willing to help and reasonable. My Dad is a senior and his home hot water pressure is very weak. We pretty much know it’s mainly because of old Galvanized pipes. We don’t have a lot of money but I’m willing to make a deposit and then enter a payment plan. We really need this issue fix. We need it to just work better. He needs updates in his home and this issue is just another. Please if anyone is willing to help, I’ll be forever grateful. I have been scammed before on here so i will not pay anything upfront. We need the job done and working to perfection before anything will be paid. Again nothing will be paid for material or anything until the job is completed!! Thanks and take care.
