I started a lil’ project with simple piano loops and drums. Some of my inspirations include Tycho, Yppah, Jaga Jazzist, Com Truise, and Mercury Program. I’ve been a drummer for over twenty years and I’m teaching myself piano. I’m thinking bass, guitar or synth would be cool but I’m also open to other instruments including vocals if it works. I’d like to start booking shows soon so let me up if this vibes with you. My idea is that we wouldn’t have set or structured songs but would build on song ideas and frameworks (choose a key, etc) if that makes sense. Essentially like a jam or jazz band, but you know, post-rock.
