We are looking for a responsible person to deal with things around our house, the ideal candidate is resourceful, reliable, and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in our home at Rancho Santa Fe. Ideally, someone to work with our family on a long-term basis, Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 3:00 pm Duties & Responsibilities: Various errands like returns, shipping packages which include carrying heavy boxes, occasional grocery shopping, and dry cleaning, feeding and walking our two dogs and a cat, taking the trash out, take care of the garden sprinklers fixing odd ends, fixing oil changes on cars, etc. Keep an inventory of household supplies, and restock as needed. Prepare home for occasional events and entertaining, assist with decorating for holidays and events. Requirements: Social security number, Driver's license and reliable transportation, professional references. Love for pets, strong organization, and communication skills.
