Looking for a Solar Project Supervisor with a passion for renewable energy, technical ability, and a vision to grow. As a Solar Project Supervisor, you will be responsible for directing and managing the project life-cycle from preliminary planning to job closeout. You will be responsible for ensuring that commitments to the customer are met as well as planning project timelines. Responsibilities: Update job tracking, manage and document orders. Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones; proactively manage changes in scope, identify potential crises and devise contingency plans. A deep understanding of risk and value drivers in solar PV projects assure that our valued employees and the public are in a safe work environment. Able to prioritize time and effort to deliver the greatest impact; High personal standards in regards to professional code of conduct. Qualifications: Minimum three (3) years of project management experience in the residential solar PV field, ability to travel to sites as needed, and some electrical experience. Must have the ability to work in an outdoor weather environment. Follow and comply with all site rules including all safety requirements. Good communication skills - both verbal and written. Requirements: Current Driver’s License and must have own reliable transportation.
